Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and manage production goals. You’ll lead the sales floor, monitor inventory and payroll costs, and ensure exceptional customer service for donors and shoppers.

This role requires coaching/mentoring Team Members and acting as a key holder. You’ll collaborate with adjacent departments, travel to GCNA locations as needed, and contribute to a culture of Trust,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location.
• Develops and executes retail operations plans to meet income, revenue, and production goals.
• Monitors inventory and payroll/operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers; de-escalates conflicts.
• Maintains store cleanliness and brand presentation; supports community partnerships.
• Trains and develops Team Members; acts as key holder and backup to Store Manager.
• Processes complex sales transactions and travels to support other GCNA locations as needed.
