You will manage budgets, oversee store operations, coordinate with buyers and district managers, and ensure a safe, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience hiring, coaching, disciplining and terminating team members.
• Excellent communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Ability to interpret data and manage merchandising and operations.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Verify receipt, storage, and merchandising according to procedures.
• Ensure safety and a clean store environment.
• Assist marketing strategy via statements and sales records.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops and networks.
• Maintain consistent operations and enforce policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
