Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on sales performance and exceptional service. You’ll supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach a team to deliver brand-aligned experiences.

You’ll leverage product knowledge and visual merchandising while analyzing reports to guide decisions. A fast-paced environment requires initiative and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
