Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales while leading daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise opening/closing routines, manage staffing and payroll, and train non-management teammates to uphold product knowledge and brand standards.

You will also develop floorsets, assist with styling, and guide teams to deliver exceptional customer service. A promote-from-within philosophy shapes growth toward future store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with the ability to drive results.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Proven work ethic, initiative and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coach and develop others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines and supervise daily store operations.
