Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to stand/move about for extended periods
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance with local requirements
