Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives and drive performance to meet sales goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and customer service standards to ensure a superior shopping experience.
• Schedule and assign shifts to maximize productivity and coverage.
• Manage revenue, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
