Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional retail experiences for our Western lifestyle brand. You will lead a team of partners on the sales floor, coach for service and selling culture, and drive performance across operations, merchandising, and customer service.

You will schedule, train, and develop associates, oversee store standards, and help execute community-focused events while maintaining compliance with company policies

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback on sales floor during peak hours.
• Develop training plans and improve store performance across operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan schedules and communicate with district and regional partners.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, presentations, and adherence to visual standards.
• Assist with inventory shrink plans and loss prevention initiatives.
