Job summary

Goodwill NCW, a nonprofit with multiple Wisconsin stores, seeks a full-time store leader in Shawano. You will oversee donations, drive sales plans, ensure safety and compliance, lead hires and training, and partner with the community to advance the mission.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership, strong communication, and ability to manage staffing, payroll, and budgets in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years leadership experience preferred.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee donation door to store floor process for stewardship and customer focus.
Implement strategies to meet sales/production forecasts; manage staffing, payroll, budgeting, safety.
Maintain SOPs for store presentation, layout, maintenance, quality control, and safety policies.
Lead change through planning, communication and coaching.
Maintain presence in-store; engage team and seek feedback.
Ensure regulatory compliance; conduct audits and promote safe practices.
Coordinate marketing and community outreach for mission awareness.
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management and mentoring, including cross-training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
