Qualifications

• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
• Familiarity with store safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel staff.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings.
• Ensure proper staffing, opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory and in-stock targets weekly.
