Responsibilities

• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Advise on pay rate and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; lead meetings to enforce policies.
• Ensure proper staffing and accurate opening/closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising presentation.
