Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret store policies and procedures.
• Strong math for cash handling and reporting.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Experience using IBM cash registers for reports.
• Understanding of inventory and merchandising practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Recruiting, interviewing and coaching store staff.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store staff; ensure proper staffing levels.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, and address gaps or terminations as needed.
• Assist in setting pay rates and career advancement.
• Set expectations for performance, safety, and policy adherence; lead meetings.
• Open/close store efficiently and maintain daily operational standards.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
