Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville is seeking a dynamic leader to run its flagship ReStore in Nashville. The role oversees sales growth, financial performance, team development, donor and volunteer engagement, customer experience, merchandising, and operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience managing high-volume retail with $2M+ annual revenue preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong budgeting, inventory, and donor/volunteer engagement skills.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate ReStore staff to build a high-performing team.
• Provide leadership to Floor Manager and Warehouse Manager for efficient daily operations.
• Drive sales growth and operational excellence through merchandising and inventory control.
• Oversee donation intake, pricing, inventory management, and store merchandising.
• Represent Habitat at community events, donor engagements, and affiliate activities.
• Lead annual physical inventory and ensure accurate inventory management.
