Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience using store computer applications.
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Valid state driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance to help profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep stock fresh.
• Follow cash management procedures.
• Maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store and employee safety; document incidents promptly.
• Staff the store ensuring adequate coverage; train and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant customer environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions and timely reporting.
