Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, training, and customer service. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and compliance with brand standards while driving sales and ensuring a fun, inclusive environment for the team.

Responsibilities include executing selling strategies, managing inventory and VM, and maintaining store cash controls. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work culture at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints or other coverage needs when the Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the Store Manager's absence.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Drive selling strategies to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store merchandising, inventory counts, and VM for events and promotions.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and prepare for inventory audits.
