Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Manager to support all aspects of store operations in Waldorf, MD. You will lead and develop associates, drive sales, control costs, and ensure safety and food safety standards across the store.

This role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and prior Department Manager or equivalent leadership. You will report to the Store Manager and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
