Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead daily store operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and supervise store staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure store opens and closes properly and safet y policies are followed.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking and merchandising to meet targets.
• Monitor sales, shrink, and inventory; implement loss prevention measures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store.
