Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and terminating associates.
• Facilitates associate development including training and mentoring.
• Ensures alignment with the company's values and vision.
• Accountable for the associate experience and satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly Core and Services Walks for policy execution.
