Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of retail leadership or customer-focused experience.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead people management, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and termination.
• Ensure a safe and positive pet parent and associate experience.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling; manage payroll within budget.
• Drive store profitability and achieve sales and shrink targets.
• Lead store operations and implement company policies and procedures.
• Communicate business and financial objectives to leaders and associates.
