Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team through recruiting, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to meet goals and budgets.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and store policies for associates and pets.
• Drive customer/pet parent experience with exceptional service and support.
• Monitor store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
