Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory oversight, and enforcing company procedures while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with store policy and federal/state labor laws is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to policy and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps and counsel as needed.
• Oversee cash handling, security, and stock replenishment to maintain store standards.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate meetings to uphold safety and policy compliance.
• Open and close the store as needed and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
