Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in Newark, NJ to lead daily store operations, oversee staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage ordering, inventory control, merchandising, and safety compliance while driving sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store employees and oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, evaluate staff and address performance or termination.
• Ensure proper staffing, open/close store shifts as required.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory; adjust to meet targets.
