Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and use basic math to calculate percentages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations regularly and coordinate team meetings.
• Open and close the store consistently and manage daily operations.
