Job summary

You will lead a team, manage inventory and cash handling, and partner with store leadership to optimize performance and safety across daily processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and coach staff as needed.
• Manage payroll considerations, advancement recommendations and policy compliance.
• Lead safety, security and policy adherence through regular communication and meetings.
• Open and close the store reliably, and monitor daily operations for efficiency.
• Review sales, inventory, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee stock, pricing, and merchandising presentation according to company standards.
