Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps including counseling or termination when needed.
• Ensure proper staffing and open/close the store per schedule.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory and shrink to manage KPIs.
• Oversee ordering, stocking, merchandising, pricing and signage per guidelines.
• Maintain cash controls and secure handling of deposits and keys.
• Lead customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
