Responsibilities

• Provide proper training; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.
• Recommend pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open and close the store at least twice weekly.
• Analyze operating statements for sales, profitability and inventory issues.
• Ensure stock targets; review ordering plans and cycle counts.
• Facilitate efficient staging, stocking and merchandising.
• Maintain inventory controls and cashier accountability.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and a safe environment.
