Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counsel as needed.
• Open and close the store as required; maintain cash control and cashier accountability.
• Monitor sales, inventory and expenses; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and signage meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
