Qualifications

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer focused experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Must have strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive performance.
• Lead interview/hiring process and build a diverse, capable store team.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis; manage expenses and staffing budgets.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, store cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Build relationships with local community leaders and drive community involvement.
• Manage shrink through compliance with safety, loss prevention and cash-handling procedures.
• Develop and coach the team, fostering a people-first leadership style.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
