Qualifications

• Flexible availability – including nights, weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly involved in interview/hiring to build a diverse, capable store team.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Ensure floor sets, visual standards, safety, and cleanliness.
• Prioritize community involvement and relationships with local leaders.
• Manage shrink through safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling guidelines.
• Lead with a people-first focus, coaching and developing the team.
