Qualifications

• 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer focused experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must have strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays

• Directly involved in interview/hiring to build a diverse store team.
• Drives sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Ensures floor sets, visuals, and a clean, safe store.
• Prioritizes community involvement and builds relationships with local leaders.
• Manages shrink by following loss prevention and cash-handling procedures.
• Leads with a people-first approach, listening and developing talent.
• Coaches and develops teammates and fosters an inclusive environment.
