Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and ensure outstanding customer service, store operations, and sales performance. This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused store culture with strong emphasis on loss prevention and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifts effectively.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates; execute disciplinary steps when needed.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and delivery of exceptional service.
• Maintain store operations: cash handling, inventory, and POS equipment maintenance.
• Support recruiting and training, ensure adherence to company policies.
