EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Store Team Lead for EZPawn in Texas. You will lead, coach and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates, delivering outstanding customer service and negotiating pawn and sales transactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to customers.
• Strategic and tactical management skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Accountability for meeting targets in a performance-driven environment (plus).
• Strong marketing and community outreach abilities (plus).
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) (plus).
• Pawn experience (plus).
• Bilingual (plus).

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability, provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train team members; monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help team reach performance and career goals.
• Schedule and assign staff; ensure store operates smoothly.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise with security systems and measures.
• Market and display merchandise; maintain safe, clean store environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements.
• Maintain operations by coordinating policies and procedures.
