Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Castle Rock, CO. This role leads daily store operations, drives sales, and ensures exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling, and uphold policy compliance while maintaining store standards.

Responsible for merchandising, inventory integrity, and cash handling, you will partner with leadership to deliver KPI targets and foster a positive, inclusive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and performance follow-up.
• Schedule and staff the store, covering shifts and peak times.
• Ensure adherence to policies, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Execute merchandising and VM activities and maintain store appearance.
