Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Denver-area retail location. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and training to ensure smooth store performance and adherence to brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Handle cash management and opening/closing routines.
• Prepare store for inventory audits.
