Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team in Castle Rock, CO. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and immersive retail experiences, while upholding Lids brand standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, and scheduling, manage cash handling and inventory, and execute merchandising strategies to maximize store performance and ensure a fun, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities
