Lids Sports Group in Grand Junction, Colorado, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach sales staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will uphold brand standards while fostering a fun and inclusive team atmosphere.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive KPIs, manage schedules, participate in training, visual merchandising, and daily store duties to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline and maintain a respectful, inclusive team.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver customer service.
• Maintain cash handling, POS systems, and inventory accuracy.
• Support in recruiting and training store personnel.
