You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and direct team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
