Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship from a supportive Panda community. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial success while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and oversee store performance, staffing, and customer service to ensure success of the location.
• Participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
