Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and strong support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support from the leadership training program to prepare for success.
