Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You’ll assist in the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and work toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of assisting the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
