Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda provides paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you succeed.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction, with a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet goals and guest expectations.
• Lead, train, and support store teams; participate in leadership development and training programs.
