Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

You will assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
