Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will be in charge of one store's operation, including hiring, guiding staff to meet financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Will participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
