Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality guest service and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
