Alabama Goodwill Industries is seeking a Keyholder to supervise daily store operations, open/close procedures, and ensure a welcoming experience for customers and donors.

You will help with merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and training new team members, while maintaining security and supporting mission-driven programs.

This role requires reliability, communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Manage alarm system and cash operations.
• Provide courteous service to customers and donors.
• Supervise associates and support training.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory movement.
• Assist with donation processing and loading/unloading trucks.
• Support loss prevention and store safety.
