Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations, ensuring a positive experience for customers, donors, and team members. You will open and close the store, support staff, and drive the mission to change lives through the power of work.

You will deliver world-class service, oversee daily duties, and ensure safety and loss prevention while upholding our core values in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and promote a safe, positive environment.
• Open and close the store, assign registers and daily duties, and complete daily reports.
• Oversee donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, and risk management procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support and model Goodwill’s Core Values and Guiding Principles.
