Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is seeking a Key Holder to provide on‑shift leadership, support POS and front-end activities, and reinforce store standards. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for shoppers and donors while guiding associates through daily routines and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to Goodwill’s mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to guide and coach associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts to open/close and maintain store readiness.
• Provide on- floor leadership to guide associates and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Support POS transactions, customer flow, and front-end activities with friendly service.
• Coach staff on store standards, safety, and merchandising.
• Escalate complex issues to store leadership as needed.
• Ensure accurate signage, price checks, and fixture organization.
