Metro Market is seeking a Store Department Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager and teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all departments.

You will help plan, implement, and execute merchandising and operating initiatives, develop action plans from survey insights, and drive sales, labor management, and budget performance while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
