You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, loss prevention, and associate development while upholding company values and ensuring excellent customer service. This role demands strong leadership, collaboration across departments, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as department manager or equivalent.
• Experience leading and developing associates to meet customer service and business goals.
• Experience using KPIs and data to guide decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.

• Assist store manager to create favorable customer shopping experience and develop associate interest in service.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads and associates.
• Communicate survey results and action plans to the team.

• Assist in staffing, reduce turnover, and retain talent.
• Provide timely performance feedback and manage labor costs daily.

• Support adoption of technology and tools to improve operations.
• Develop leadership benched strength for future opportunities.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
