Metro Market in Wisconsin is seeking a store leader to assist in overseeing departments, driving store performance, and coordinating human resource duties in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will supervise scheduling, customer service, safety and compliance, coach associates, analyze KPIs, and partner with department heads to meet sales, shrink and labor targets while upholding the company values.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Support planning and execution of merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate results and action plans from Associate Insight survey to staff.
• Identify opportunities with department heads and field staff and implement timely solutions.
