Qualifications

• Five+ years of Store management experience in retail.
• High level of customer service and leadership ability.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate with store associates.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff.
• Organize and prioritize tasks and manage scheduling.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Store Manager and Associates.
• Manage stockroom, front end and sales floor operations.
• Ensure scheduling, budgeting and payroll processes are executed properly.
• Uphold safety and loss prevention programs and inventory controls.
• Represent the Ross brand with courtesy and professionalism to customers.
